As a spiritually oriented person, you may wish to escape the dysfunctionality of the planet. You are a sensitive person, you are empathetic, you practice your spirituality. Remaining open to the dysfunctional world around you can be just too much to handle. You want to get away. You want to separate yourself from the media, the drama queens, the doom and gloom facing us all. You naturally look to escape Mother Earth and return Home. This, however, is not why you are here. You chose to be here to experience this very special time. The greatest service you can provide for all is to get Grounded, share your Light, and send Light and Love to all living things on Mother Earth and beyond. The starting point to experiencing a joyful life, your only real purpose here on Mother Earth, is to be fully present in your body.
Grounding means to be present in your body. You are aware and open to all that is going on in 3D. Grounding also means you are connected with Mother Earth. You are keenly aware of how you are feeling, sensing all that is within and without, and fully cognizant of your presence here. Grounding is essential to joyfully experiencing and exploring your life. After all, you came here to do exactly that. Grounding allows you to appreciate your 3D density experience.
There are many ways to Ground yourself. First and foremost, get with Mother Earth. It does not matter where, just be with Her as much as possible. Take a walk, dig your feet into the sand, hug a tree, smell the roses! Acknowledge Her and give thanks for Her limitless love and life giving support every moment. Address your cells as well. Tell them you love them, appreciate all they do, and together give thanks to your Mother, Earth. Collectively send your Love and Light to Her. You should definitely feel something in your body. Cells are tingling, chicken skin, a sense of lightness, a connection with Mother Earth. Give gratitude for being alive and absolutely loved by Her. You are in your body. Pay attention to how you feel. Drop your attention from your brain down to your Heart Center. Soak up this feeling and know you are fully present in your body. Grounding combined with Heart Centering is your key to the ascension process. So simple, as designed by you, for you, as part of this beautiful Game we all created called life.
No matter where you are, you can practice some form of Grounding. The more you practice, the more you remain present in your body. Your perception of reality will subtly shift as you have more of your consciousness about you. The frequencies you sense and explore will naturally be higher. The dysfunctional world around you does not impact you. You are the calm within the storm. Others sense your calm and peace. You are a beacon of Light, whether you are aware of it or not. Babies stare at you for they see your effervescent energetic field. You are providing a great service to those around you. You are of service to yourself as well. Your focus will intensify as you resonate with what is most important to you. You are keenly aware of what is showing up for you in the moment. You may realize six months down the road that you are experiencing life a bit differently. Pay attention and explore all your life has to offer. Grounding and Heart Centering really will bring it all together for you in your unique way.
There are many, many sources of information regarding Grounding. I invite you to explore them and find ways to practice Grounding in the way that resonates with you. You cannot do anything wrong. Keep working on it as mastery requires practice. It is all so grand.
